TAXI FARE EVAISON
This is what i Know first hand That is if you are the person that Skips out on a taxi fare you are a Scumbag!! the Driver you just Screwed Is working on commission so if he does not get paid he dont earn commission. Drivers if you feel uncomfortable about your fare ask for money up front Especially after dark.........

I cannot believe in this day and age that this kind of thing still happens! Does it really have to come down to prepaying a taxi fare? Wouldn't that involve incurring a flat rate?
